Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next available business day, unless otherwise noted. Handmade and custom items may require additional processing time during busy seasons, launches, or holidays.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Handmade & Fragile Items
Many of our products are handmade and fragile, including candles, glass tea lights, candle gardens, and ceramic items. We take extra care to package orders securely to help prevent damage during transit.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, candles may soften or melt if left outdoors or in mailboxes for extended periods. Please monitor tracking information and bring packages indoors promptly after delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to help whenever possible.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers will receive pickup details after their order is ready.
