Candle Care and Safety

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Place on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, fans, curtains, and flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Follow any shorter burn-time instructions supplied with your candle.
• Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
• Never move or touch a candle while the wax is hot or liquid. Allow it to cool and solidify completely before relighting.
• Do not burn a candle in a cracked, chipped, or damaged container.
• Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes unusually high, flickers excessively, or produces excessive smoke. Never use water to extinguish a candle.
• Not edible. Do not ingest wax or fragrance products.
• Allow glass holders to cool completely before handling or refilling. Follow the end-of-use instructions provided with your tea lights.
